Jersey cabbage, Brassica oleracea longata

Description

This variety of cabbage is native to Channel Islands, it grows to a great height. It is also known as Jersey kale, cow cabbge, giant cabbage and tree cabbage. As the stalk is really hard, it can be used to make walking sticks.
